Key Data Set Information
Reference year 2026
Name
0560FR Self-Adhesive ISM (Interface Sealing Membrane)
Technical purpose of product or process OBEX CORTEX 0560FR Class B ISM (Interface Sealing Membrane) is a self-adhesive EPDM-alternative membrane which is used to create water and airtight seals around openings such as windows, doors and SFS sections on construction projects. It achieves class B-s3,d0 when tested according to EN 13501-1. The membrane can be supplied with many different adhesive options such as a single strip, strips on opposite sides, fully adhesive backed, etc. and the release liner can be split to suit the strip width. The widest roll width available is 500mm and the narrowest width of adhesive strip available is 10mm. Typical uses include; Weather & airtight seals around windows, doors and curtain walling systems Weather & airtight seals from SFS sections to the concrete frame Top of parapet walls Many other applications where a robust, self-adhesive Class B EPDM-alternative is required

1This impact category deals mainly with the eventual impact of low dose ionizing radiation on human health of the nuclear fuel cycle. It does not consider effects due to possible nuclear accidents, occupational exposure nor due to radioactive waste disposal in underground facilities. Potential ionizing radiation from the soil, from radon and from some construction materials is also not measured by this indicator.
2The results of this environmental impact indicator shall be used with care as the uncertainties on these results are high or as there is limited experiences with the indicator.
